Carmell DeMello has extensive experience in all areas of group fitness, having taught for some of the most prestigious health clubs in the UK. She continues to teach all aspects of fitness in Ireland, is a published fitness writer and writes weekly for the Nenagh Guardian. She is the Group Fitness Co-ordinator for the University Sports Arena, Limerick and has the honour and privilege of working with some of the Munster Rugby Team.
